Reflexiones

Todo lo vivido me hace reflexionar sobre el tipo de libro que quiero hacer. Quisiera recopilar no sólo simplemente recetas, sino el sentir de ellas, como la historia de la leche cocida, transmitir el sabor y el latir a través de imágenes, creo que esta frase define lo que deseo:

“Un simple olor de cocina puede evocar toda una civilización”

Quisiera que un fotógrafo me acompañara y captara los platos, el campo, el entorno donde se dan, sus creadores… por qué no, a mí y el recorrido.

Pondering

All I have live up to now makes ponder on the book I want to make. I would like to not only gather recipes, but tell the stories behind them, like cooked milk, to transmit the taste and the heart bit of them through images, I think the next phrase summons my wish:

“A simple cooking aroma can recall an entire civilization”

I would like to have a photographer travel with me and capture dishes, the fields, their creators…and why not, me and the trip.
